GetHuman-kpsteph: I want to commend the staff (in particular Candace, Fari, Barb, Tara, Sandra and their store manager Bill) at Lowes East Gwillimbury, Ontario as they have been so helpful, cheerful and professional. I am moving from Newmarket, Ontario to Kelowna, BC and have had a need for some large boxes for furniture. They are hard to find. Most places I asked wouldn't give you the time of day including Lowe's major competitor Home Depot. They went above and beyond to show me curious customer service and have won my loyalty to shop at Lowes exclusively from now on! Just a tip if you are moving - I have purchased bubble wrap, packing paper, stretch wrap and packing tape at Lowes and they have a good stock on hand. I have used 'red construction tape' to secure the boxes instead of packing tape as it is really sticky and you can use less tape that way! A Big Thank You to Lowes East Gwillimbury staff - Bill you are running a Great Store.

GetHuman-kpsteph: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lowe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-kpsteph: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-kpsteph: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lowe's to know who you are.
