~Rainbow: First staff my husband & I encountered in the flooring section was blunt & rude when approaching us. Showed like we're wrong in placing a few chosen tiles on the floor for assessment. He kept pushing us for size info of our room, etc, etc. Next time he passed by, he warned us not to step on the tiles (we'd never & I don't know why he'd think that way, negative personality perhaps) We're rather annoyed by his 'service'. Luckily, when we're left behind by this fellow, another lady staff who just happened to pass by offered us heartfelt help & made sincere suggestions. Two other staff we met another night also took iniative to help. I'm grateful for their suggestions. I wrote down the names of these dedicated staff of yours: Ms Lori Nilsson, Mr Chris Dochteruaanv and Mr Rigi. If you want the name of the blunt guy, I'll pass that on! However, I hope that he notice this comment & make improvement. As a customer, I like shopping at Lowe's, lots of choices!!

~Rainbow: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lowe's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rainbow: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lowe's customers?
~Rainbow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lowe's to know who you are.
