~Margaret: We were in Lowe's on ***th Ave in Calgary on Sunday. Our assistantwas Doug Drummond. What a wonderful experience we had purchasing a light*fan fixture. Doug was very helpful, explaining things we didn't know, and he was also polite and cheerful. Sometimes assistants at other stores (I won'tname them but you know who)*are few and hard to find and when you do finally get someone's attention they make you feel that we are wasting their time. Love Lowe's and we'll be back for sure!
