~Amr: I guarantee that my round trip on LH with my family was the worst trip I ever had in my life from Cairo to Philadelphia USA and back. On ** Oct. ****, my tkt route was Cairo- FRA - PHL, however, only at the airport check-in counter, with my family we're surprised by the LH employee holding his shoulders up saying that LH staff is on strike, and the route has become Cairo-FRA-Chicago-Phildalphia!! take it or leave it. I had hotels' reservations in US and I had no choice or alternative. This is the worst service I ever had from an airline with very negative careless attitude. we arrived Chicago to collect our luggage and of course we missed the UA flight to PHL. we were thrown for more than * hours in Chicago airport waiting for the next UA flight to PHL. Finally, we arrived PHL a*p at **am with no hearing whatsoever from this Lufthansa! the story continues,the reservation of the return route was phl-fra-mnc-cai, although my preference was only one stop, again at PHL LH chck-in counter,

~Amr: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Amr: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lufthansa's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Amr: For that I would say three out of five.

~Amr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lufthansa to know who you are.
