~Not Happy: Terrible customer relations*service. I don't want to communicate by faxing & emailing. I want to talk to a live person*manager who will take ownership or my problem and provide me with a little customer appreciation and resolve the issue!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lufthansa. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lufthansa problem?
~Not Happy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Not Happy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lufthansa's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Not Happy: For that I would say five out of five.
