GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Luxottica customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Atlanta: Sent detailed message of defects with both temples and frames,and asked for replacement. I received no communication of receipt of frames... and when I called , they stated that the temples needed to be sent from Italy. While temples will be nice the paint is chipping off the frames. They stated they have no system in place to notify me to let me know what is going on, rather, I have to call once again to see if they will replace the frames, or simply replace the temples. This is simply poor customer service for a poor product.

~Atlanta: For that I would say five out of five.
