GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Lyft customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ladypantz: Pressed * and then * realizing that was the only way to get a line with a human. My passenger account is all screwed up and I can't sign in or change my number because the * is attached to a diff. accoujnt. ANyway---simple fix but my email requests have gone unanswered....and the guy I got on the phone just now told me (rudely) that he coudln't help me and he only handled emergencies. He recommmended I wait or send anohter email. Really disappointed with their lack of basic customer service.

~ladypantz: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ladypantz: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lyft's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ladypantz: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lyft customers?
~ladypantz: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lyft to know who you are.
