GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Lyft customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-bykati: Unfair rating.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-bykati: I am a ***%er. Now, because of ONE customer that I had to cancel, my rate has gone down to **%. Unfair! I had to cancel a ride last nite because the rider never showed. I tried to contact her by phone more than * times, circled the block MORE than * times, but was informed that she wasn't available. It sounded as though her phone was disconnected or something.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Lyft. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Lyft problem?
GetHuman-bykati: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-bykati: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Lyft's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-bykati: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Lyft customers?
GetHuman-bykati: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Lyft to know who you are.
