GetHuman-193900: i have tried to get a problem solved for a month and have been transfered at least ** times and everyone has given me a different story.i have been lied to so many times that it sounds like it has been reheresd.example-i was told my home owners insurance had gone up ***.**-my agent tells me that it had indeed gone up but only ***.**. what did they do with the remaing ***.**. i was also told that they did not hold lease payments in escrow. funny because they held out ***.** under misc. fees-the exact amount of my lease. these people could not tell the truth about anything if their life dependend on it. as a result of type of customer service i have been forced to refinance. by the way-i have never been sent a bill for my lease payment in the last ** years but i was told the lease payment sent to me-the lessor has never heard of anything like this before. ijust wish there was a lower score-this place would surely get it.
