GetHuman-13541: Needed to renew my account. They had to have last * digits of the credit card I used a year ago, even though I haven't had that card for almost a year. Had to go digging to find the number. Crazy system.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MSN. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MSN problem?
GetHuman-13541: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-13541: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MSN's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-13541: For that I would say one out of five.
