GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Macy's customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~athas17: If you call ***-***-****, you get a man who answers "Corporate Offices". I had to ask if this was Macy's. It was. He was very nice and listened to my frustrating story of calling the other Macy's *** nbr * times and getting Philipino women who were very hard to understand and who said I couldn't talk to a rep in the US. He put me on hold several times and then asked if I wanted to be on hold directly for Cus. Service. I asked if I would be talking to someone in the US. He said yes. After a short wait, guess what? Another Philipino woman who said there was no way to talk to a rep in the US. I bit down my anger and asked her my questions (about curtains) and after being put on hold several times and waiting and talking to her for a total of ** mins, I sort of got my questions answered. The only reason I am going to order from them at this particular time is that someone gave me a gift card. When that is used up I am never shopping at Macy's again.
