~ssteketee: On August *th, I placed an order on Macys.com for ** place settings of dinnerware. It is now December * and I am still waiting for the last three place settings. I have contacted Macys over fifteen times about this. They always say they will reship but the place settings never arrive or they say they will call be back but they NEVER have. I often ask to speak to a supervisor. Usually I am told "all" the supervisors are on break or I get a supervisor who promises to check it out and call me back but they NEVER do. Today, a supervisor offered to re-send the order -- when I pointed out that this has been done three previous times she said there was nothing else she could do. I asked how long do they try this and have it not work before they try something else? She insisted there was absolutely nothing else they could do! I am now starting to post this on consumer complaint sites and I will file a small claims court claim, maybe this will help.

~ssteketee: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Macy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ssteketee: For that I would say five out of five.

~ssteketee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Macy's to know who you are.
