~don't have one: Operator not qualified to answer questions as not part of her job description. Wanted to again transfer me to another department, the mattress and furniture customer service. That department is a joke with respect to customer service. The wait time is ridiculous and after two days of calling my problem is still not solved. I will call again tomorrow to get the warranty I paid *** dollars for when purchasing my outdoor set from a catalog.
