~Yazzim: Ordered gift online for someone. They never received it. It was returned to Macy's who then never called or emailed to say item was returned. Customer service agent said item would be re-sent but I received an email the next day stating there was an issue with the order. Called customer service agent again who was no help whatsoever. Bottom line, customer service needs a SERIOUS revamping. I wonder who really listens to those recordings that are for "quality assurance purposes". I'd really like to know!! It sure ain't the head honchos at corporate!
