~Cheryl Noman: These off-shore (probably India) customer service reps are trained to put off difficult questions with an appeasing "I'll do what I can," and then do nothing. No return call. No email. And no merchandise even though the website says it is In Stock. So disappointed in Macy's. They should do better.
