~OnlyMe: got a rep rather quickly and Cheysser B, did go out of his way to provide me with complete information re: order not received yet. The chat function is the most effective way to get information from a human. Their customer service lines are rather useless and one gets transferred a lot. (reminds me of the commercial, hello my name is Peggy). I'd use this means of communication vs telephone anytime. Thank you gethuman.com for providing the link.
