~Carly: placed an order of many items* received an email from macys saying that my order was cancelled because one or more of the items no longer avalable. I checked macys website again and all of the items im my order were still instock*available. Chatted to Carrie, asked her to advise which items not available, she didn't answer my question and kept on saying "waiting to purchase" and advised me that I can try place the order again but no guarantee that order won't be cancelled again. very poor service.

~Carly: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Macy's's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carly: For that I would say two out of five.
