YOU'LL PROBABLY REGRET IT!**After spending literally hours in countless chats doing the same maneuvers over and over, I still don't have good audio and people keep telling me my sound breaks up. **Since I earn my money on the phone, poor audio makes me look bad. I went about the task of trying to port out the number because I just can't deal with any more of their crappy service, customer and phone. To send me another device, I have to pay $* shipping*handling. It's not a lot of money but it's not my fault* it should come to me grattis with return postage for the old device. Meanwhile, I'd have no alternative than to risk crappy audio versus a mystery number on Google Voice. Why should I pay again for their likely crappy device? **Here's the best part. They're holding my number hostage for $**. I have *,*** business cards with this number. I paid $** for the device and some other amount I can't remember for a year's worth of phone service but thankfully I didn't
