~Joe: Yes I can. It was late at night, on November 12th.

~Joe: I am getting the run-a-round! Supervisor's on-line and on phone are clueless. System will not accept payment and bank says that the credit card I am using is good. message reads Oracle Error. Magicjack Live phone person sends me to MagicJack chat service and Magichack chat service sends me back to magicjack live phone person. DO NOT USE MAGICJACK. I believe that they do not Employ Americans. This becomes very clear when you try to communicate with them on phone in chat.

~Joe: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joe: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joe: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MagicJack customers?
~Joe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
