GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-normajoy: I recently purchased and installed MagicJack. I registered my account online and paid, through my Amex account, $**.** to import my old phone number ***-***-****. Shortly there after I received an email from MagicJack, requesting me to contact Frontie and tell them that * request to port that number was showing and blocking the ability to do so. I immediately called frontier, spoke with the rep and was told that one in question had been released and everything was okay from their end. Once I made that known to MagicJack, the information was it would take * to ** Business days for my number to be in use. That was May **st. Still no phone use!
