~johnjenevan: I spent ** mins on chat with a supervisor. All I wanted to do was transfer my existing account to a new device and you would think I was trying to steal something from them. Now I got a device that is broken that has paid service on it until ********** that is absolutely useless. I paid for a new device and get the * year free service, but they refuse to transfer my time to new device or refund any of my money.

~johnjenevan: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~johnjenevan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MagicJack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~johnjenevan: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MagicJack customers?
~johnjenevan: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MagicJack to know who you are.
