GetHuman-285000: Horrible insurance company! I would never recommend this insurance company to anyone. *Every time I call, I'm on hold for at least ** minutes. Many times, after waiting for almost ** minutes, they disconnect you. When you finally get through, the person usually cannot help and transfers you to someone else. That's another ** minute wait and usually that person can't help either. After wasting *** day on hold and talking to people who can't help, you realize you're no better off after the phone call than you were before you called. Also, they tell me I don't have permission to speak, even though I'm a family member of this plan and I pay the bill for this plan each month. Why would I need permission from my husband to talk about my own health. He doesn't know anything about my health. I'm ** years old. I think I'm old enough to answer questions about my own health. This plan is awful and absolutely ridiculous. No one should ever wish to be on this plan. You'll be very sorry!
