~dissappointed: I took an afternoon off and spent * hours trying to switch to a different plan. It was going no where after three phone calls. The first call was answer after ** minutes wait, gave personal info then got disconnected. The second call was also ** minutes wait and got disconnected again after personal info. The third call was a ** minutes wait and got to talk to a person but could not help switching the plan. I still do not know which agency can help me switching the plan. May be the new director or the governor could but they would not.*Why do they ask for personal contact but never contact you?
