NY extorted nearly $** out of me, even though it was their shoddy record keeping, but at least they had the courtesy to answer the phone. have been on the phone all morning with mass registry of motor vehicles (RMV*. What is almost as bad as not picking up, is this guy with a big, booming voice (super loud on speakerphone and very annoying saying 'your call is important to us.
