~mbrown14: My subscription was automatically renewed although I went into my profile and CANCELLED IT months prior to my subscription renewing. The customer service person was of NO help and could not even get my email right when I spelled it out to him * times. He kept telling me over and over that they could not issue a refund because I sent * email the day after it renewed. (I did not know it renewed because I CANCELLED IT!) HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and would tell EVERYONE to beware!!! I have been a member for a year and a half and would expcet them to give me some type of understanding or respect but NONE was provided!
