~I cant get a raise cause of yo: Hello Home plans that use Med solutions to process and pay their claims.. Wake up and smell the coffee... med solutions is bad business.. Claims are not paid on time. We are a Texas provider so claims must pay or deny in ** days if sent electronically or ** days if sent by paper...THIS IS NOT HAPPENING.... I have claims from Sept and Oct of **** that have not paid because the are still "holding for payment" or "approved for payment". Someone needs to hold Med Solutions accountable for this... Maybe the Feds????? they monitor all the providers when they should be watching the real theives.... I love the USA!!!!!
