GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MedSolutions customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MadAtMedsolutions: Medsolutions has been nothing but trouble since the moment we became contracted with them. We became contracted with Medsolutions out of necessity because we were told that all Texas Cigna providers had to be or we would not be paid. **This company is excellent only at two things: delaying payment of our claims and pending pre-certifications unecessarily.**Regarding customer service, the individuals who are employed are pleasant and nice enough, but they are not trained how to speak professionally nor do they have a clue about the claims process in their own company. Anytime I need to know why my claim has not been paid yet, the standard response is "let me send a message to my A*R department". Such a waste of my time and so hard for a small business like ours to have to spend all the man hours needed just to treat the patient and then fight for months on the back end just to get the small contractual payment for these servcices. **So, there are my two cents. I am very thankful for the

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MadAtMedsolutions: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MedSolutions's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MadAtMedsolutions: For that I would say one out of five.
