~Disapointed: I was dropped when I should not have been. On Nov **, I was told my insurance would be reinstated. After * calls and many lies my coverage was turned back on but not correct co pay. Was told by one Supervisor rep after another that they would call me back and they didnt. Today is Dec * told today by supervisor rep that I could walk in my pharmacy now and get reimbursed but guess what NO they told my pharmacy that I would have to file claims or that I would have to wait another ** hours. Blah, Blah , Blah. I am sick of this company, the lies and poor service. I am still waiting for a return call and after * weeks its time to get my prescriptions refilled again. I cant wait to over pay, be lied to and get **** poor service THANKS Medco!
