~Ric: This company is terrible. They don't get much right and I suffer for there mistakes. Customer service is the worst i have dealt with. everytime you call you get another rep. who doesn't know anything going on and does not help you. I wish the company I work for would change prescription companies. If this is your *st time dealing with Medco good luck to you. It's the beginning of the most stressful company you ever dealt with. Hold times are horrible taking hours instead of minutes.
