~Donna: Where do I began? Friday I called Medco to see why a medication i take for diabetes had not shipped, I was told there was an AR problem. The AR problem was, that the medication is over the dollar amount that they ship without payment. I told the rep I wanted to pay the majority of the money on my FSA card, and pay the remaining **.** on another credit card. Her response was, I can't do that, after ** minutes of explaining how I wanted to pay, she suggested that she bill me on the one card, then send a bill for the balance due. Hello, was this not what I had been asking to begin with. **I have had nothing but problems from day one, and I don't have the option to go a local pharmacy. Medco only allows us three refills of a drug, then they use extortion to have me move the perscription to their pharmacy* I am forced to use their services or pay the full price of the medication which is $*** dollars for * shots a one month supply. Not to mention it is suppose to be a ** day supply they ar
