When you do get help, more often than not the CSR's solution is to just revamp your plan into something new and not fix what was wrong to begin with. *As a customer you*we are treated add if we are *th grade drop outs with no common sense or intelligence.*All this takes place IF you just happen to get an answer and not a busy signal. (a busy signal is the predominant response when there is s problem with service.) Note: I am speaking of Iowa.
