~tony: Not too helpful for my needs. My site was taken down but a very vague and automated response was given via email. Talking with someone helped even less. They don't seem to put much stock in phone service.

~tony: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~tony: For that I would say three out of five.
