GetHuman-376451: Andreas (male) in customer service refused to let me speak with a supervisor or manager regarding the cancellation form Houston to New Orleans then to Atlanta for a graduation they will only refund the first portion of the trip stating you can still take this at a later date they are stupid!!I will not ever use this MEGABUS again and I encourage everyone to do the same until they help the consumer with providing better quality service I will continue to write and inform everyone DON'T DO IT
