GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Megabus customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-433398: I called the corporate office twice. The first time I was put on hold for ** minutes and no one ever returned to the phone. The second time, I was told I could not speak to the Operations person who emailed me. I am wholly dissatisfied with this company. I paid for a roundtrip from Atlanta to Boston and back for my daughter and granddaughter in February. The return trip brought them to Atlanta almost ** hours later than they were due to arrive. The Boston to DC leg of the trip had a delay so significant that they missed their *:** pm connection and by **:** am, no bus had yet arrived and they had to stay in a hotel that night. Once they made the DC to Atlanta connection, the bus broke down alongside the highway resulting in a delay of more than * hours. I filed a request for a refund and received an email that, after an investigation, they found that there was only one ** minute delay and refused to refund my money. This so-called investigation took * weeks when, in fact, the records
