~Choo: I just got off of the phone with a customer service representative after I told her I wanted a refund she told me that my bus wasn't more than two hours late. The bus arrived to Washington DC five hours later than the expected arrival time, at bout ****am. The replacement bus did not reach Richmond until *:**am. My reservation number is ***-****-******-M**-****-HAM-WAS. This is extemely frustrating because, it seems after being stuck in one place for five hours, due to poor planning in case of a mechanical failure, I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of now trying to get my money back. (this is email I sent to inquiries, after customer servcie on the phone told me to do so, because the system showed my bus wasn't past * hours late)

~Choo: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Choo: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Megabus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Choo: For that I would say five out of five.

~Choo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Megabus to know who you are.
