~HENRENE VALDEZ: I purchased a ticket form Chicago on *-**-**** going to Toledo Ohio the bus was **mins. late when I called several times being told it was **mins late. i missed my ride only to be out in no mans land alone waiting for another ride hm. I was promised my money back I have tried serveral times to e-mail you all no answer on reply. My e-mail is *****@***.com or feel free to call me at ***-***-****. I took ur bus again last nite bk hm to Chicago nice ride just the rest room was horrorable. I will be leaving for Paradise Island in the am returning on June *, ****. Thank you for ur concerns. **** Country Trace Lane Toledo, Ohio ***** Apt.*D, the reservation no. is **-****-** **** M-*-****-Chi-TOL *-**-**** it was suppose to be the *pm Bus only showing up at *pm with a new driver I had to show him how to get to the Mega Bus stop in Toledo but I didn*t mine.
