~my damn reservations: I purchased a ticket yesterday coming from a funeral that morning from Louisville Kentucky to Chicago.my schedule was as follow **:**a.m to *:** am in Chicago. I was at my stop at **:** just to be on time..due to an incompetent driver of yours he was late.. i receive no notification I'm standing alone on a bus stop in the middle of the night alone waiting on this bus for three hours if I was late it would have been my lost now your telling me because your driver was late its my lost still. I am a single mother I don't have money to donate to mega bus.. I dnt want a refund I want to go home
