~Anita: I was a first time traveler on the Megabus Thursday March *,****, using it to attend a funeral and had the absolute worst experience, not only was the bus trip cancelled after we left Atlanta, but the bus broken down in the middle of the highway near Nashville Tennesse where the passengers were placed in a hotel conference room for several hours, where we met passengers from other buses that had been stranded since the day before, so Megabus had no excuse as to why we were allowed to leave Atlanta they knew the weather was too bad for travel. We received no communication until corporate office received enough complaints from us and finally after several hours the hotel manager provided us with the information that we were going to get hotel rooms. After we had been in the room * hour we were rounded up again and forced to sit in the lobby for another * hours awaiting a bus to complete the trip to Louisville, Indianapolis and Chicago. Megabus never provided clear communication to all
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Megabus. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Megabus problem?
~Anita: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anita: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Megabus's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anita: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Megabus customers?
~Anita: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Megabus to know who you are.
