~davisdedee: The customer reps don't know their job and can't help you with website. They clearly help me lose my money on a reservation that I need to change. Just not right!

~davisdedee: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~davisdedee: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~davisdedee: For that I would say one out of five.
