~Unhappy cust: This is the worst nightmare I ever hav in my life, first and last time I will ever book a reservation with Megabus.*Their bus was late more than an hour and their office was closes, no were to go and get an updates about the bus, now for me to get my refund, its like carrying a mountain, more than * days since I been calling them and noone will talk to me with good customer sce. Its horrible
