~Hubertswift: Meritain is not an insurance company, rather it works for my employer to provide everything the insurance company needs to complete the claim. Using my member ID number from my ID card got me right through to a person that was able to answer all my questions and explain my benefits under my plan to me. I entered my member ID all at once and your site would have me wait through * separate menus. Please tell people to enter ID for good service fast
