GetHuman-235845: I have an account with Merrick Bank, my complaint they have very rude customer service reps and they fail to complete transactions. Ordered a replacement card and found that two days later ghagra j was charged but the card was never ordered. Due to this I had to pay $** for rush processing. Now I am extremely leary about the payment processing center. Mailed a check to clear my account and nine days later they claim to not have it. Mailed checks to other companies in California and they had the checks cashed in four days. I am km Ohio and Merrick is in New York. After reading other complaints about this bank and in particular the fact that it is being said they hold money to gain interest on it before posting to your account sounds criminal. All I know is my current experience has not been good and reading other complaints doesnt make me feel that it will have a good outcome.
