~anamcarairish: I have been with my institution since **** and during that time MetaBank acquired the *business. I have had horrible 'customer service' from this institution but have stayed *due to convenience since I have direct deposit and automatic bill pay connected to this *account.*In November **** I noticed that I was not receiving my daily e-mail balance updates so I *tried to sign into my account online and was not able to. I called on ********** to *request a new card and report the issue of not getting balance updates or being able to *get into my account online. I spoke to a CSR then spoke to Roland, a Manager with *MetaBank. He went into my account and was not able to send emails to myself or to his *work account and stated he would report it to the IT department. **I waited * days and nothing had changed so I keep calling back and they say that an *email has been sent but I am not receiving them. I speak to CSR's but if I ask for a *manager I have been hung up on or have been on hold fo
