GetHuman-236532: I waited for five minutes before a live person answered. I explained my problem. He put me on hold while tried to find the person who could help me. I waited another ten minutes. The original person came back and told me the person I needed to talk to was out of the office and I would receive a call back. So far no one has called me back. Very poor customer service.
