~DePriese: Metro PCS is the most horrible service I've had in ** yrs. with phone providers. I will never recommend it to anyone!!..I have been without service for three days and the bill has been paid. Was told I could only recieve * dollar credit, however i had to call numerous times to even get that, mind you bill is $** and I'm still going to be charged for the days phone is not working because of Metro PCS network. Reps give you the run around and the supervisors aren't much help either. You will rarely if ever see a manager at stores in Denver. If you are considering doing business with Metro DON'T DO IT!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!

~DePriese: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~DePriese: For that I would say one out of five.

~DePriese: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
