~lklk: they answer quickly talk nice but put you on "brief hold", after ** minutes rep says again she put me brief hold. i say *"that's what you said last time and it was ** minutes!" she says, "it will just a brief hold." i say, "really? or maybe you should say the truth like " it will be a long hold." she says "please hold a minute" and now its been ** minutes and counting. ********! she came back and said she had to get a supervisor and it will be a long wait because they are busy. i ask cant they call me back? she said no. i said will it be * hours? she said "** minutes" that means * hours. we'll see....ok problem solved after ** minutes. beats trying top use the other useless cust svc number.
