GetHuman-emeline_: Hello,*I was bought a Michael kors bag for my birthday (july ****) In a matter of days after having the bag some of the stitching starting to fray. In a matter of week the bag was falling to pieces, more fraying around the stitching and the trim around the outside of the strap hanging off. This bag was purchased from your Bicester Village outlet store uk, unfortunately as it was a gift I do not have proof of purchase but as the bag is such poor quality I believe I am well within my consumer rights for a refund. I am happy to email over photos of the extensive damage on the bag.*This was my first designer bag and I am massively disappointed to say the least, it is not what I expected from a prestigious brand such as Michael Kors.*I look forward to your prompt reply.
