~Dissappointed in MN: The woman couldn't help me. She just gave me the CS phone number and email. "The handbag department handles all warranty issues." When asked if I could return it to a store, she said that stores return policies differ depending on the agreement with MK. I told her I bought it from a MK botique, but she re-directed and said I need to direct my questions to the handbag department. She was not very willing to help.
