~gliu97: Called support to resolve the 'object already exist' error when trying to install a product (in this case - skype). This error only happen if I installed MS system updates after ****. It is when I performed a computer backup. Without the system updates, everything work fine. The first support obviously does not know what he is doing. The *nd support will only assist if I subscribe to Ms support. Since system updates and skype are from Microsoft, I would think I should not have to pay for them to find their bugs.

~gliu97: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~gliu97: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~gliu97: For that I would say one out of five.
