GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Microsoft - Tech Support customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-resayele: I give it * stars only because one tech was kind and helpful but left me with a tech screen I had a hard time escaping. Otherwise, * days in and it's been incomplete work, repeating the same information, not being able to understand them, having all kinds of programs added that I did not want or need, numerous steps you have to go through over and over to get to someone, passive-aggressive behavior, NO U.S. TECH SUPPORT CENTERS, no or too late returned calls, no sound when on hold and when they are working to let you know you're still connected, and being disconnected from reaching higher level authority every time I tried (*-*). I was yelling, like the ugly American,and I wish I hadn't. I have lost a lot of respect for Microsoft for leaving me with only this option, and for not providing them with the tools they need to work with Americans.

GetHuman-resayele: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-resayele: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-resayele: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-resayele: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Microsoft - Tech Support to know who you are.
